Despite ending their two-year relationship earlier this year, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik sure are seen together a lot. They were even recently spotted making out in New York City. Now, according to a new report, the couple has a new relationship pact. Gigi wants the former One Direction member to get help for his anxiety, otherwise they're done for good.
According to Closer, the supermodel, 23, got back in touch with her musician ex, 25, in the hopes of getting back together. But there were a few rules she wanted him to follow.
Zayn's been open about his struggle with anxiety. His management company reportedly dumped him because he's "difficult to work with."
Now, Gigi is asking Zayn to handle his mental health issues so that they can move forward. "They've agreed to give things another shot," an insider told Closer, "on the condition that Zayn gets help to deal with his anxiety."

"Zayn wanted Gigi back and said he'd do whatever it takes to make it work," the source continued.
