Gigi Hadid’s relationship with Joe Jonas may just be a summer fling to her – but it’s the real thing to him! A source exclusively revealed to OKMagazine.com that the Jonas Brothers alum is just a rebound for Gigi, who desperately wants to get back together with her ex-boyfriend Cody Simpson.
“It’s just a rebound, for her it’s fun,” a source said. “For him he really wants it to be serious, but she really wants Cody back.”
The love triangle started when Gigi and Joe “pretty much hooked up” during the model and Aussie singer's first split in May 2014.
“When Cody came back around and was like, 'I really want you back,’ she told Joe, 'I want to end this,’” the insider revealed.
Cody broke up with Gigi for a second time in May because “he wanted to stay focused on his own career and he felt like she was a big distraction.” That’s when Joe decided to contact the former flame.

But Gigi isn’t the only one who wants a reconciliation to happen between the on-again, off-again couple, as their friend, Justin Bieber, has been trying to convince Cody to take the stunner back! “Justin is trying to get them back together now too,” the insider explained. “Their group of friends believes they belong together.”
