'Real Housewives of Orange County’ Star Gina Kirschenheiter’s Ex Matt Pleads To Judge For Visitation Rights With Kids

After a failed attempt to reconciling their marriage, Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order on June 24 to protect her and their kids. Now, according to RadarOnline, Matt, 35, is begging Orange County courts to let him see his kids.
RadarOnline reported that Matt was arrested for suspicion of felony domestic violence on June 22. He was released on bail the following day, and has not officially been charged with a crime.
The RHOC stars got into a blowout fight, and Matt allegedly threatened to kill Gina, 35,and hit her repeatedly.
On June 24, Gina was granted a temporary restraining order against Matt.

According to the Orange County courts, Matt is not permitted within 100 yards of Gina or their kids.
The court documents state that Gina was granted “legal and physical custody” of their kids until a hearing takes place on July 17.
Gina initially filed for divorce from Matt in April 2018, months before she started appearing on RHOC. However, the two tried reconciling their marriage in recent months.
Gina and Matt have joint legal custody of Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5 and Luca, 4.
