Gloria Govan has really been going through it this year with her ongoing custody battle over her 9-year-old twin sons with Matt Barnes, who alleged that she put their lives in danger during Labor Day weekend. But she finally got some good news on Monday, October 29, when the Los Angeles County D.A. finally rejected the criminal charges. Read on for the latest.
As OK! readers know, Gloria and Matt’s ongoing custody war finally reached a head last month when she went to pick up their kids Carter and Isaiah, 8, from school.
But Matt claimed it was his weekend to spend with the kids, so he asked them to get into his car instead. That's when he alleges his ex was so enraged that she chased behind them in her car and blocked him from moving his.
He also accused her of endangering the lives of their kids — which she denied. She was arrested and soon after released on bail.

Flash forward to Monday, however, when the D.A. reportedly rejected the charges due to not enough evidence.
But that good news was met by some more bad news, because Matt got a restraining order against the former Basketball Wives star. She must stay at least 100 yards away from their kids and having supervised weekly visits. A judge will determine on Monday whether to make this permanent.
