BEST: Julianne Moore won the big award for the night—Best Actress in a Drama—and slayed the red carpet. The Still Alice actress wore a custom Givenchy gown with grey ombre sequins and feathers. But not only did the gown—did we mention it was custom, as in made for her—fit perfectly, she helped in the creation process with Ricsardo Tisci!

BEST: Not everyone could win the best accolade, but they could still dress the part! Reese Witherspoon donned her before the hopeful evening, wearing a silver sequin—one of the biggest trends of the night, might we add!—Calvin Klein gown that hugged her curves in all the right places.
BEST: Speaking of hugging curves, did you see Kate Hudson’s va-va-voom dress? The super sexy Versace number left little to the imagination, with a deep-V neck and cutouts galore, perfect for a gal who just became single—and by the looks of it, is definitely ready to mingle!

BEST: Who else was sexy and stylish? All eyes were on Jennifer Aniston’s svelte figure as she stunned on the red carpet in a black Yves Saint Laurent halter dress with a sequined bodice and thigh-high slit that showed off her long legs!

BEST: Emma Stone didn’t need an overwhelming gown to steal the spotlight at the Golden Globes! The Cabaret star kept it casual, yet chic in a black and silver Lanvin jumpsuit with a dramatic ribbon tied around her trim waist.
WORST: As for the worst… From Keira Knightley’s ruffled lace bib to the cheesy butterfly print, the actress is lucky that her adorable baby bump saved the awkward Chanel look!
WORST: Didn’t Christmas end already? Looks like Allison Williams found an awesome way to recycle her tree garland. (PS: It was Armani by way of the North Pole).

WORST: Kerry Washington’s metallic Mary Katrantzou dress/gown/we’re not sure was not just an awkward length, but a complete disappointment for the red carpet expert.
WORST: We expect better from Amy Adams, who looked washed out and bland in this pale blue Versace number.
WORST: Another expert who failed miserably? Claire Danes. She may have taken the plunge in a Valentino gown, but the embellished top and skirt was anything but flattering on the Homeland star!
