Heidi and her musician boyfriend were seen locking lips while enjoying some one-on-one time in the city.
The former model, 45, wore a black-and-white printed sun dress and her 28-year-old boyfriend wore black pants and a white T-shirt.
It looks like things are getting serious between these two. Earlier this year, they were spotted on a romantic boat trip together.
