When you’re a supermodel and have a hot boyfriend (Tom Kaulitz) on your arm, you don’t really need to try too hard in the fashion department.
Heidi certainly proved that when she strutted outside on Saturday in the City of Angels wearing slouchy boyfriend jeans, an oversized white T-shirt, and a long black cardigan draped over her. She still looked good!
She topped the super casual look with some chic flip-flops and killer shades as her perfectly highlighted hair flapped in the wind.

Though Tom was not in sight at the moment, the romance is still going strong between the couple, who’ve been vacationing all over the world. Heidi even called him the “love of her life.”
Her kids—daughters Helene and Lou, and sons Johan and Henry (who she shares with ex Seal)—also seem to be fond of Tom as well.
