Heidi Klum and Vito Schnabel have been together for nearly three years, but right now, the couple is reportedly taking a break. This is surprising, considering the former supermodel could not stop complimenting him just last month, telling Closer Weekly, "we have an amazing connection!"
A source tells DailyMail that their connection is not so great anymore. "Heidi's been spending lots of time partying with her friends."
"'She was also seen with Lewis Hamilton at the Harper's Bazaar event. Friends are wondering if this could possibly be the end?"
"Things have been difficult recently," a source told People. "They live on opposite coasts. And it's the start of the school year and Heidi had to concentrate on the kids." She has three children with her ex-husband, Seal, and one with Flavio Briatore.

News of this separation is unfortunately reminding fans of Vito's kiss with another woman. Back in June, the art curator was spotted with a female friend and even had to release a statement saying he was not cheating on Heidi!
The 44-year-old ironically recently spoke about their relationship in awe, asking, “How do you know when it is? You just feel it, and then you know. Is there something that you can pinpoint on someone? It’s just a whole package that you fall in love with, right?”
