Kim, 38, and Kanye, 41, announced the news that they have a fourth child on the way in January. They will be welcoming a baby boy via surrogate.
The baby is due in early May and will join their three children, Chicago, 1, Saint, 3, and North, 5.

“Kim and Kanye have begun work on the nursery,” the insider revealed. “North fully understands what’s going on and is so into it.”
The pair also aren't quite ready yet to pick out names for Baby West. “Kim and Kanye are not close to naming the new baby. They won’t know until the week before and probably only day of. It’s quite the process," the source said.
