“I've bounced back pretty easily after each pregnancy,” she revealed to the magazine. “Number one, I was fit before. I stay fit during, so even though my body gets bigger and I gain weight and I slow down, I try to do something active almost every day.”

Even on her low-key days during her most recent pregnancy, when her belly was at the 9-month mark, she still kept toned by simply staying active with her other kids. “I’m very active with my kids, so even if I don’t go to the gym, I’m lifting them in and out of the tub and out of their high chairs,” she said. “Or one day, my workout might be that I walk a lot.”
Though Hilaria has been a poster child for body positive moms, she admitted earlier this summer that she didn’t always have a healthy relationship with her body. “I think back to my old self and how much I would have struggled with gaining weight during pregnancy and being patient with healthfully losing it. I’m so happy I can be a strong and happy mommy now, completely accepting of my body,” she wrote in her book “The Living Clearly Method.”
