Hilaria Baldwin is keeping it real with her Instagram followers! One day after welcoming baby number four, the yoga guru stripped down to just a bra and underwear and snapped a mirror selfie of her postpartum body.
Hilaria, who gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday, May 17, held off on posting this photo until Sunday out of respect for the school shooting in Texas on Friday, but said she wanted to share the post to help “normalize the postpartum figure.”
“My purpose here is to normalize the postpartum figure and over the next days, weeks, and months, show you how I strengthen my body and return to my non pregnant self,” Hilaria wrote in the caption. “You all came with me through my pregnancy...now it’s time to turn back into me.”
“We all come in different shapes, sizes, and health experiences...but given the right love and care, we can feel really good within our skin. We just have to be patient and kind with our bodies,” Hilaria encouraged her followers.

Hilaria and her husband Alec Baldwin finally revealed their baby boy’s name on Monday, sharing via Instagram that he’ll be called Romeo Alejandro David Baldwin.
He joins siblings Leonardo Ángel Charles, 20 months, Rafael Thomas, 2, and Carmen Gabriela, 4. Alec also has a 22-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
