Hilaria Baldwin isn’t afraid to get a little sweaty on the streets of Manhattan. The yoga instructor practiced her poses on the sidewalk with her baby girl, Carmen, in heels no less!
This isn’t the first time the 32-year-old teacher has been snapped in weird positions in public!
Hilaria does yoga all over her apartment, from her living room to her kitchen! She’s even taken her workouts out into nature.
The wife of Alec Baldwin regularly posts videos of herself challenging friend and film producer Charlie Ebersol to pose-offs using the hashtag #FlexOrFlexible.

Charlie wrote, “Exercising, like life, is about balance. When one thing dominates your life or your workout you lose your ability to succeed in other areas.”
The mom-of-two is an instructor at Vida Yoga in NYC and practiced all throughout both pregnancies, which is probably why her post-babies body is so tight and toned!
Hilaria met Alec in 2011 and the two wed on June 30, 2012 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in NYC.
