Hilary Duff is engaged! The Younger actress took to Instagram on May 9 to shared that her boyfriend Matthew Koma proposed.
Hilary, 31, flashed her diamond ring and captioned the sweet photo, “He asked me to be his wife♥️.”
Matt, 31, shared the same photo and wrote, “I asked my best friend to marry me...” The actress jokingly commented, “Thanks for the promotion babe.”
One fan commented on Hilary’s post with a nod to her time on Lizzie McGuire, “THIS is what dreams are made of ?.”
The couple began dating on-and-off in January 2017 and officially became a family in October 2018 when they welcomed their first child together, Banks.
Just a day before Hilary announced the engagement, she shared a super candid photo of her last time breastfeeding their 6-month-old daughter and she appeared to be in tears. Her day seemed to turn around with her new ring!
This will be Matt’s first marriage and Hilary’s second. The Disney alum was previously married to Mike Comrie, whom she shares their son Luca with.
