Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie were known as Hollywood’s most amicable exes. But after the former hockey player responded to the actress’ divorce petition, it looks like they’re gearing up for a heated custody battle over their son Luca!
The Younger star requested primary custody of her 3-year-old son with visitation rights for her ex when she filed for divorce in February.
When Mike filed his response on April 16, he asked for joint legal and physical custody of the tot. He also requested that they divide their assets to follow their prenuptial agreement.
The “Sparks” songstress filed for divorce about a year after the duo announced their breakup. Throughout their separation, the close friends sparked rumors of reconciling after they were spotted on family vacations with their son. They even held hands at a Halloween bash.

“I mean, if there wasn’t a chance for getting back, I think we would’ve filed for divorce,” she said during a radio interview in September.

Hilary filed soon after the Daily Mail reported that the hockey pro partied the night away with tequila shots. “Mike would not go to his table. Instead, he reaches into his wallet and pulls out hundreds of dollars,” a source told the website. “He asked the nice woman at the bar, ‘Ok. How much? How much do you want? I have as much as you need. How much for sex? Name your price. How much do you want to have sex with me?’”
