Hoda Kotb Attends New Co-Anchor Jenna Bush Hager's Baby Shower While On Maternity Leave
Hoda Kotb made a special appearance at Today co-anchor Jenna Bush Hager‘s baby shower on Tuesday, July 30. The talk show host is currently on maternity leave after adopting her second daughter, Hope Catherine Kotb, in April 2019.
Hoda, 54, and Jenna, 37, both shared photos of the party on Instagram.
"Saw my girl @jennabhager today... celebrating her baby #3! Loved seeing her face.. can’t wait to be reunited again on TV too! Swipe for some fun pictures xoxo ❤️❤️ @hodaandjenna," Hoda captioned a slew of snaps of herself hugging the Southern Living editor-at-large.
Jenna commented, "Love you. Love you. Love you!!??."
The mother of two posted similar pics on social media and wrote, "Tearing up—because I felt so much love from all of these awesome women who lift me up every day, celebrate me, and make me laugh. Sharing this magical, motherhood moment with this mama @hodakotb is one great gift."

"And to you all who have encouraged, laughed along, and supported me, my gratitude is endless. Can’t wait to meet this babe and yes, be reunited with my Hoda on @hodaandjenna," she continued.
The two host the fourth hour of the Today show since April. Jenna replaced Hoda's former co-host Kathie Lee Gifford. She departed the long-running NBC morning show in February 2019.
Jenna announced the happy news that she was pregnant with her third child on Today earlier this year.
