It takes someone as fearlessly fashion forward as Rihanna to strut around in a matching ruffled bra and hot pants on a stage in front of who knows how many people and not only make it look good, but to make everyone wish they could wear the same outfit and pull it off! RiRi did her thing on Tuesday in Milan, Italy, performing "The Only Girl (In The World)" on the Italian version of  The X Factor.
