In a preview of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian asks Caitlyn Jenner blunt questions regarding sex change operations.

Khloe, 31, was cruising with her bestie Malika Haqq, when sex change operations came up in conversation. Khloe recalled having an in-depth conversation with Caitlyn about this so she decided to call her up via Facetime for some clarification.

“I wanted to remember, how do you make a d*** on a girl?” asked Khloe. Caitlyn, who was with a group of friends, burst out laughing at the bluntness of her question.

“I was trying to tell Malika… You told me on a girl to transition they use the cl—t, right?” Khloe continued.

After Caitlyn confirmed her statement, Khloe got even deeper. “But you still keep, like the hole, I guess?” Caitlyn’s friend then chimes in “I think they close it.”
