Here comes the bride! Brie Larson and her musician boyfriend of four years, Alex Greenwald, are in full-blown wedding planning mode – and a source exclusively revealed to OK! the ceremony will be held next June in northern California.
“They want to do a bonafide hippie/rock and roll wedding, with their friends and Alex’s bandmates serving as the wedding band and one of Brie’s acting buddies -- Jacob Tremblay or Samuel L. Jackson -- officiating the actual ceremony,” said the insider.
“Even though they're going to use a nice Northern California venue, they’re not looking to do something too lavish and they’ve already turned down a bunch of other freebies so they can focus on a cheap, basic ceremony that isn’t a Kardashian car wreck of a spectacle,” explained the source.
While the actress is already looking toward the future with her hubby-to-be, the insider said her current attention is strictly on her impending nuptials.

“Brie also wants kids and a family,” said the source, “but she won’t get pregnant before the wedding and really just wants to put on a fun but not an ostentatious party for her closest pals.”
The musician popped the question to the Oscar-winning actress during a trip to Tokyo, last March.
