The 31-year-old is already back in her pre-baby body clothes, and showed lots of leg in these cute high-waisted denim shorts which she paired with a simple white T-shirt.
Irina's boyfriend, hunky actor Bradley Cooper, wasn't around, but we're sure he wasn't far off. Nearly a week ago, he was spotted on a walk with Irina and his baby girl, giving us all kinds of #family goals.

And it's certainly been a busy time for Bradley, who is currently filming A Star is Born with Lady Gaga. Over the weekend, he took a break to grab dinner with his co-star and their parents in Santa Monica.
While Irina has moved on with her life after a five year relationship with soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo, he's not doing so well. According to reports, the hunk is facing criminal charges in Spain for allegedly not paying over $10 million in taxes between 2011 and 2014.
