She looked stunning only a few weeks after welcoming a baby girl with partner Bradley Cooper and apparently her workouts are to thank.
She was spotted at a Pilates class in Santa Monica, she showed off her post baby body in an all black ensemble and comfy furry loafers.

As OK! previously reported, Irina has some major slim down secrets, which she clearly put to good use. Says the source, “It’s mostly genetics and the fact she kept up a yoga routine daily during her pregnancy. But she says she focused on stretching and very simple calisthenic maneuvers, utilizing her ‘hotel room’ workout. She wasn’t allowed to do anything more strenuous than that.”
As for that hotel room workout, Irina revealed to Vogue last year that she uses hotel props like water bottles from the mini bar and even bathroom towels to train in her room while she is on the road.
