Jeannie kicked off her weekend with a star-studded 40th birthday party at World on Wheels in Los Angeles.
The roller themed bash was attended by Vivica A. Fox, Kelly Hu, Miss J Alexander and more.

Jeannie made the announcement about her new venture on Instagram that coincides with her milestone birthday.
She's planning on launching her own digital show called Hello Hunnay, which is "to celebrate all I've learned to think, look, and feel the way I do at 40."
She promises that details surrounding Hello Hunnay are coming soon.
