Nathan who? Jenelle Evans and David Eason seemed like a picture perfect family during their getaway to New York City, as the Teen Mom 2 star’s new boyfriend was a doting dad to her son Kaiser with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith.
The single father held the 1-year-old during a stroll through the Big Apple with his girlfriend. The duo travelled to NYC together so Jenelle could fix her infected tooth. How supportive!
Although David and Jenelle have only been dating for two months, the new couple is getting serious fast! Only weeks into their relationship, Jenelle and David jetted off to St. Thomas for a romantic getaway.

While David is playing stepdad to Kai, Nathan has been posting photos of his daughter Emery from a previous relationship. The last time Jenelle’s ex has been photographed with his son was exactly one month ago on October 24.
The family fun outing could lead to trouble for Jenelle, as Nathan called Child Protective Services on her when she was in St. Thomas with David because she didn’t tell her ex who was watching their child.
