The photo hints that despite all her children being removed by CPS because of David, she is standing by her man.

Jenelle and David have five children combined. She has two sons, Jace and Kaiser, from previous relationships. David has a daughter, Maryssa, and a son, Kaden, from previous relationships. The controversial couple share one daughter, Ensley.
At the end of April 2019, David shot and killed their family dog Nugget after it allegedly snapped at Ensley.
Just weeks later, CPS removed all of the children from their home.
On Tuesday, May 7th, MTV announced that they have fired Jenelle from Teen Mom 2 after a decade of working together.
