Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ husband, David Eason, is being accused of threatening a woman with a gun. Following the incident, the 57-year-old woman has decided to file charges against him. Keep scrolling for all the details.
Sandra Britt was looking for land for her real estate business when she claimed David threatened her with a gun.
The 57-year-old filed a report with Magistrate Court in Columbus County, North Carolina against Jenelle's husband on January 15th, 2019, she told RadarOnline.com.
“I saw the gun,” Britt told the site. “It was a handgun and it was right on his side. He told me, ‘Yes I have a gun and I will shoot you.'”
She continued, “He came twice at me. He came up behind me and started filming my car.”
Britt insisted to Radar that she “never pulled in his driveway" and that she decided to file charges because she wants David to stop harassing her.“I’m good and I’m not scared of him,” she said. “I live 10 minutes from him.”

“He’s crazy,” she added. “I think he should have to pay. He has upset my little world and I don’t appreciate it. I just take care of the grandchildren and work. But he won’t stop. He literally will not stop. I’m going to sue him for this character thing. It’s just not right.”
The Magistrate’s Office told Radar the Sheriff would serve David within the next few days.
As Teen Mom 2 fans may remember, Jenelle pulled a gun during a road rage incident with her son Jace in the car, which was all caught on camera.
Jenelle's husband claimed the woman is "obviously lying" about the incident because that is not something he has "ever done to anyone."
