Over the weekend, Jenelle shared a video of her 2-year-old holding what appears to be a gun.
On early Monday morning, March 11th, Jenelle clarified that it was just a toy gun.
However, that didn't stop the Teen Mom 2 star from receiving a lot of backlash.

"I’m all for having guns but I am so anti toy guns that look real. Like why not let the kid play with the pink and green squirt guns or a Nerf gun! I would never want my kids to look at a real gun and think it is a toy because their toy guns have always looked real. Scary," one user wrote on Reddit.
Another one added, "What the f**k? A 2-year-old with a gun? I know this one may be a toy, but Ensley is too young to even know the difference?! That's a horrific accident waiting to happen with multiple children living in that house..... Who gives a toddler a gun and brags about it on social media? Disgusting."
As fans may know from their social media accounts, Jenelle and David own multiple guns. On one episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle pulled out a gun during a road rage incident with her 9-year-old son Jace in the car.
