Nathan Griffith’s mother is refusing to hand her grandson Kaiser over to his mom, Jenelle Evans! Doris Davidson has accused the Teen Mom 2 star’s husband David Eason of abusing the four-year-old, and now Jenelle is trying to go to court to get her son back in her custody.

“Jenelle is enraged. She’s trying to go to court this morning,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively. A second source close to Nathan, Kaiser’s father and Jenelle’s ex, also confirmed the situation to Radar. In addition, local police told Radar that a 9-1-1 call was made from Jenelle’s North Carolina home at 1:22pm on Sunday.
Instagram account deadbeatmom_Jenelle was the first to report the news. The account posted a video of Nathan asking Kaiser, “Who put the marks on your butt?” “David,” the four-year-old replied.

Jenelle was quick to defend David amid the negative attention. She shared a gift Kaiser made for David at school for Father’s Day. “When asked to make a #FathersDay gift the first person he thought of was David. He refused to make another gift for his biological dad,” Jenelle wrote on Instagram.
“The impact my husband has had on my son has been truly remarkable. When others didn’t step up, David did,” she continued. “Sometimes all you do as a parent goes unnoticed until your child comes home with a sweet gift like this one from school. The bond between them will forever be inseparable no matter what tries to come in-between them.”
This isn’t the first time Jenelle has had custody drama with her ex Nathan’s mom. In September 2017, Doris filed an emergency request for full custody of Kaiser. At the time, she accused Jenelle of testing positive for marijuana during her daughter Ensley’s birth. She also accused Jenelle and David of neglect and abuse.
