Jenna Dewan is trying to move forward after she and Channing Tatum announced their shocking split earlier this month. Lately, she's been spotted heading to yoga classes and the gym, and on Monday, the beauty attempted to relax at a spa.
Jenna, however, looked more stressed out than anything as she took time to herself.
The 37-year-old dressed casually in a grey long-sleeved cardigan, black athletic leggings that had mesh sides, and black sneakers.
Jenna and Channing announced their split in a joint statement. "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple," it read. "We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together."

While the couple's break-up came as surprise to many fans, Jenna hinted at trouble in paradise back in February.
Jenna told Health magazine, "We're not perfect! Are you kidding? We fight like other couples, we disagree about things, we have days where we don't really like each other."
