Jennifer Aniston Relied On Tons of Therapy To Get Over Justin Theroux

Jennifer Aniston is in a great place following her divorce from Justin Theroux and she has no immediate plans to change that.
A source close to the actress told Us Weekly, she is “very comfortable” with the current state of her life. “She’s doing her thing exactly the way she wants to do it and really enjoying life,” the insider insisted.
The insider said the 49-year-old “believes that whatever her path is, it will present itself the way it should.”
However, her road to happiness was an extremely rocky one. In addition to the break down of her marriage, the Friends alum was also forced to deal with the death of her mother, Nancy, back in 2016.

Jennifer credits her therapist for getting through her dark times. At a recent Hollywood Foreign Press Association event she shared, “It takes a lot of therapy, but you do absolutely get over it.”
The source echoed those sentiments. “Jen’s moves on from it all,” the source told Us. “She’s really doing great.”
As OK! readers know, Jen and Justin parted ways back in February after less than three years of marriage. Back in August she shut down rumors that she was heartbroken and pining. “Those are reckless assumptions,” she told InStyle. “No one knows what’s going on behind closed doors. No one considers how sensitive that might be for my partner and me. They don’t know what I’ve been through medically or emotionally.”
