Variety reported that the couple have enlisted the help of a top broker to secretly sell their home!
Garner and Affleck are reportedly asking for $45 million for their Pacific Palisades mansion, which they purchased in 2009 for $17.55 million.

Their home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms as well as some amenities fit for A-listers like an art studio, gym, half basketball court, pool and guesthouse.

According to reports following their divorce announcement after 10 years of marriage, Affleck was reported to be staying in the guest house.

Ben also joined Jen in Atlanta while she filmed a movie in August and stayed in the home she was renting during filming.
The pair has remained close in the months after announcing their split, attending church, couple’s therapy and dinners together, but sources told OK! it’s much more than an amicable relationship.
“Ben and Jen have been spending a lot of time together, and they’ve decided to keep working on their relationship,” the insider said. “They want to see where the process takes them.”
