Jennifer Garner has family and friends to lean on following her split from Ben Affleck, but her ex-husband Scott Foley isn’t one of them! The Scandal actor is forbidden from talking to Jen because of his “relationship rules” with his wife Marika Domińczyk.
“Scott and Marika have a very happy home relationship, and he’s said from the get-go that he will never, ever make contact with any of his exes, least of all his ex-wife,” a source told RadarOnline.
Although the insider revealed that Scott “probably” feels bad that his ex-wife’s second marriage has crumbled, that isn’t going to encourage him from breaking his relationship rules.

“There’s no relationship, friendly or otherwise, between Scott and Jennifer now,” the source said. “Marika would leave him in a heartbeat if he tried to change that because to her it would be totally inappropriate.”

There was hope that Jen and Ben were reconciling after they were all smiles following a marriage therapy session, but Radar reported that the couple gave up on their plans. “Jen doesn’t care who Ben dates or hooks up with,” the source said of Ben’s reported fling with their nanny Christine Ouzounian. “She just doesn’t want the kids to be asking any questions about it. There is no chance Jen and Ben will get back together and she finally feels that she deserves to be happy without him.”
