Jennifer Garner and daughter Seraphina were all smiles in Los Angeles, California. She put on a brave face after revealing to news.com.au earlier this week that she would have "not chosen this life" for herself or her kids, after she and Ben Affleck went through a very public split following ten years of marriage.
Jennifer looked casual and chic in blue jeans and a black sweater, while her daughter was fashionable in a green hoodie and patterned skirt.
Though Ben and Jennifer announced their breakup in 2015, they didn't officially file for divorce until this year. Jennifer said in her latest interview that she has not dated since.
"I would not choose to be single or be in this position," she noted. "It’s something that we are working through. I haven’t been on a date and I am not interested in dating."

But the same cannot be said for Ben, who is now dating SNL producer Lindsay Shookus, going public with their romance over the summer.
Still, Jen noted the family will be together for the holidays. “We will all be together for Thanksgiving. I love Ben. We will be together with our kids and give them a special Christmas. We get along really well and it’s not an issue. We are friends; we can manage it.”
