The former American Idol winner is opening up about how she accomplished the near impossible feat and is sharing her weight loss secrets. “Well, I don’t really have time to do much exercising,” she said during a recent interview. “I just watch what I eat. I’m very careful and cautious of what I’m eating and I just try to place those meals throughout the day.”
