Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s daughter Giovanna is recovering. The 4-year-old experienced a very painful milestone — her first broken bone — but Nicole assured fans she’s already on the mend.
The 31-year-old pregnant MTV star posted a picture of her daughter with her arm in a sling. “Sissy broke her first bone,” she wrote in the caption.
She then explained the two of them tried to make the best of a bad situation. “Mommy told her smile as she tried on her sling so we can laugh about it when she’s older,” she typed before adding, “She’s doing just great & can't wait to be 100% again.”
On her Instagram Story, Nicole posted a clip of the injured child cuddled in bed and getting treated to a new toy after her scary trip to the doctor’s office.

On Wednesday, March 6, the New York native revealed Giovanna broke the bone after falling off the bed.
“I swore it was just bruised, but it still hurt yesterday,” the concerned mom said in a video. “So I went to get her looked at. My poor baby! She broke that bone up there and she got a little chip.”
“She should be fine in like four weeks,” she added. "But what a sin. My poor baby.”
