Some believe the couple will be pregnant soon with a “honeymoon baby,” just like Jessa’s sister Jill Duggard and her husband Derick Dillard.
Jessa has admitted that she wants a big family, however, she did say she plans to adopt. “We both talked about adoption and want to adopt, too,” she said.
