Jessica Simpson Calls Her First Marriage To Nick Lachey ‘One Of Her Biggest Money Mistakes’

Breaking the bank! Jessica Simpson, on CNBC’s Closing Bell, called her first marriage to Nick Lachey one of her biggest financial mistakes.

The entrepreneur, 35, was featured on show because her fashion line just celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Kelly Evans, the host of Closing Bell, asked the mom-of-two, what she thinks is one of her biggest (personal or professions) money mistakes.

Jessica paused, then laughed, "The biggest money mistakes? I don't know. For some reason I thought of my first marriage!"

According to Kelly, “That's actually a common answer, believe it or not.”

Jessica and Nick were married in 2002 and divorced in 2006. They are most know for their MTV reality TV show, Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.
