Jessica Simpson is trying to get back into shape just seven weeks after she gave birth to her daughter Birdie Mae Johnson. She shared a snap on Instagram showing her postpartum workout regimen.
In the photo, the 38-year-old rocked an all-black look that consisted of running shoes, leggings and a baggy sweatshirt.
The singer was shot trying to touch her toes as she stretched.
"Just stretching it out in my rubber corset. The joy of postpartum ?," the mother of three wrote beside the pic.

Jessica welcomed Birdie on March 19 with husband Eric Johnson. The two are also parents to daughter Maxwell, 7, and son Ace, 5.
She got candid about her postpartum journey last month on social media. “Recovering from a C-Section is no joke!” she wrote on Instagram. “I'm feeling thankful for these two older siblings looking over their new baby sister.”
“I think we all get so carried away with the excitement of having a new baby that we forget that we are going in for major surgery,” she said. “Then on top of that, we get home from the hospital, have to recover from the surgery, balance our new life as a parent to three kids and be a wife.”
