Jessica Simpson Is Developing Sitcom About Her Life In Attempt To Relaunch Her Acting Career

Jessica Simpson is so eager to get back to acting that a source has revealed to OK! that the singer is now using her own money to develop a TV show!
“Jess really wants to get back into acting,” the insider said.
“She’s been taking lessons for more than a year, and though she’s been meeting with producers, no offers have come in. So she’s taking matters into her own hands,” the source said.

The insider added that Jessica is now pulling together a production team as she works toward creating a half-hour TV show based partly off her own life. And she’s even willing to include her husband, Eric Johnson, in her comeback plan!
“She’ll put him to work and keep tabs on him at the same time,” the insider said.
