“Jess-tation” was the caption of the photo that Jessica, 38, uploaded to her Instagram on Monday, March 18.
The mother-of-two held onto her enormous baby bump while sporting a multi-colored bikini top and stunner shades.
While some fans were focused on how beautiful she looked, others expressed concern that she must be in a ton of pain.

“Oh you poor girl,” one wrote. “How much longer do you have to go?”
Jessica is expecting her third child with husband Eric Johnson. They are already parents to daughter Maxwell, 6, and son Ace, 5.
The shoe designer first announced her pregnancy on Tuesday, September 18 on her Instagram. She revealed in the same post that baby number three will be a girl.
