Jill recently went shopping at her cousin Amy Duggar’s clothing boutique, and she showed off her purchases on Instagram.
“Are you hiding a baby bump?” a fan asked upon seeing the pics. “Baby on the way???” asked another.
Some fans recalled that the last time Jill was expecting, her sister Jessa was, too. Jessa announced last month she’s pregnant with her third child.
