Jill Duggar’s son, Samuel, may be suffering from a continuing health issue.

Just a few weeks after Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, posted a throwback photo of Samuel with tubes coming out of his nose following his birth, the Duggar family released yet another alarming pic of Jill and Derick’s youngest son.

In a photo that was a part of a birthday tribute to Jana and John David , Jana is seen holding Samuel as he appears to have a tube coming out of him and oxygen tape on the side of his head.

"Why the oxygen tape?" one fan asked. "I didn't hear there was an issue with his birth, except that Jill needed another C-section. In this pic he's already home so it sounds more long term than just a quick birth recovery issue."

Another concerned follower wrote, "The white cord is from an apnea monitor. Maybe he needed 02 for feeds."

As OK! readers’ know, fans have suspected that there were complications with Samuel’s birth for a while now, as Jill and Derick waited nearly three weeks to share a photo of their second son after his delivery.
