The ole birds and the bees chat is always awkward but Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar made it even that much more awkward by showing their daughter Jessa and her fiancé Ben Seewald how to kiss! Click through to see the really uncomfortable moment explained in photos.
The moment on Tuesday’s episode of 19 Kids And Counting started off with the parents giving the engaged couple, who are now happily married, advice for their marriage.
“Both of you like the physical relationship, but to a guy that would kind of be the main focus,” Jim Bob said in the marriage counseling session. “But for the woman, communicating is the most important thing.”
Jessa admitted she was glad to get the advice from her parents, saying: “The counsel that my parents have been giving us has been very good, and I’m sure it will be very helpful for Ben and I in our first few years of marriage.”
But that’s when the awkward moment happened… “Let me show y’all the best way to kiss here,” Jim Bob says.

“Decide ahead of time you’re gonna go that way, he’ll go this way,” Michelle added. “Whichever side so you don’t get confused.”
Ben laughed hysterically during the whole thing but Jessa seemed to love the moment of love between her parents. “Y’all are so cute,” she said.
Before Jessa and Ben were married last November, the pair adamantly spoke about how they were saving their first kiss for marriage.
“We’re saving our first kiss for our wedding day,” Ben revealed. “We think that it could lead to some stuff that we’re really trying to avoid before our wedding. And so we just think that it’s wise for us to hold off until our wedding day.”
