More than friends? The duo looked cozy as they dined at Seabra’s seafood restaurant in Newark, NJ at 8:30 pm. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s wife is currently serving a 15-month prison sentence for fraud.
Eyewitness Stephanie Palacios, 25, told RadarOnline.com that Joe “looked to be having a good time, having a conversation and laughing” with the mystery woman as the group drank red wine.
“The way he and his date were conversing, you wouldn’t talk that way to a family member or friend,” Palacios claimed. “Even my boyfriend thought something was going on. They had chemistry.”

Although the insider insisted that the duo didn’t touch, she explained that they were sitting close to each other. “He seemed to be listening intently to whatever she said,” Palacios said. “I thought maybe the couple across from them set them up on a date.”

The restaurant was almost empty by the time 10 pm rolled around, but Joe continued the date. “They were still hanging out and talking,” Palacios shared. “Didn’t seem like they were getting ready to leave soon.”
This isn’t the first time Joe has been accused of cheating on his wife. In the fall, photographs emerged of the reality star getting cozy with a woman during an Atlantic City rendezvous. Palacios insisted that Teresa should take action this time around. “Teresa should be upset,” she said. “You can tell if someone is just a friend, but it wasn’t like that. They had chemistry, they were a couple.”
The eyewitness even questioned Giudice’s parenting skills. “You would think that while he’s in jail, especially on a weekday, shouldn’t he be home with his kids?” she said. “Maybe it’s true that he really isn’t around much. She’s in jail, and he’s out having fun with another woman.”
