Right after Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck ended their 12 year marriage earlier this month, rumors started brewing that the Peppermint actress was already dating again. Who could blame her, though? After 3 years of separation from her ex and filing for divorce a year ago, only to have to put it all on hold due to Ben's need for rehab for his alcoholic addiction, Jennifer is probably eager to get back in the game! John, who is the CEO and chairman of Cali Group, a tech company that owns Miso Robotics and a chain of 50 CaliBurger restaurants, is still legally married, but he's been separated from his wife Caroline Campbell since 2014. A source told Us Weekly that the estranged couple is waiting for a judge to sign off on the paperwork.
“They’ve been together six months — and it’s getting pretty serious,” a source tells Us, “Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been. It’s a loving, healthy relationship.”
One thing the new couple has in common is that they're both parents! Jen's new man has a 12-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter from his previous relationship.

According to Us, the 13 Going on 30 star has already introduced John to her daughters, Violet, 12, and Seraphina, 9, and her son, Samuel, 6.
“She’s ready to start the next phase of her life,” a source told Us earlier this month when they revealed the brunette was getting back into the dating game.
