Joseph Duggar Breaks Down Before Wedding Kendra Caldwell

“It’s an amazing feeling to be husband and wife,” Joseph told People. But “when she came down the aisle, a wave of emotion came over me that I wasn’t expecting,” he said. “I was crying like a baby. She looked so beautiful!”

While seeing his future wife walk down the aisle was a definite highlight, Joe said his favorite moment was one he had been waiting for his entire life.

“I didn’t expect that first kiss to be as good as it was,” Joe said. “It was amazing!”

And what about kids? Will the newlyweds be starting a family anytime soon?

“We’ll start a family as soon as the Lord gives us kids,” Kendra said. “But for now we’re just looking forward to spending time together and not having to say goodbye…and no chaperones!”
