Josh Duhamel is single and ready to mingle with his new bachelor pad! The actor now has a $2.65 million home after splitting from Fergie following eight years of marriage.
The new pad in Encino,Calif. has not one, not two, but five-bedrooms, in addition to 3.5-bathrooms, a built-in barbecue and fire pit, and a swimming pool and spa.
The actor, who showed his new space off to Architectural Digest, said, “There is a flow to it, and I love having a really comfortable outdoor space: a fire pit, barbecue nearby, a place to sort of hang out, and I usually have a TV out there so I can watch the game.”
Last year, fans were stunned when Josh and Fergie announced their separation. According to reports, it was all due to them disagreeing on expanding their family.

"Around a year ago when Fergie was contemplating what was next for her musically, Fergie and Josh were trying to have another baby," a source told E!
"At the time, it was made clear that having another baby was a priority for Fergie over anything else regarding her music so she was trying to scale work back. Eventually she was a lot more present in the studio to work on her solo music,” the insider continued.
