The tiny reality starlet celebrated her birthday with her mom and dad as well as a few brothers and sisters and a special treat: an outing to McDonalds!

Josie wore a blue sweater with a matching blue bow, smiling ear-to-ear while chowing down on chicken McNuggets!
Her family also shared a sweet message in honor of her 5th birthday!

Last month, Michelle Duggar gave an update about Josie’s health, because she was born three months prematurely and weighed just 1 pound, 6 ounces, in her blog on TLC.
“Josie is doing so well,” she wrote. “She’s working on phonics and starting violin lessons -- and she is just so excited about being such a big girl. She’s even riding a bike without training wheels.”

She also wrote about how Josie met the doctors from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) who delivered her.

“When they arrived at the door the next day, you would have thought that it was the President of the United States coming in,” she wrote. “The minute her doctor stepped foot through the door, she hugged his leg and didn’t let go of him the whole time he was here. He picked her up and she hugged his neck, kissed him on the cheek and just would not let go.”
