Wearing a black sheer mesh dress with blue detailing, the dancer/actress suffered a nip slip caught by the paparazzi.

Sheer dresses have become all the rage in Hollywood recently, worn by the likes of Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and more, but looks like Hough forgot her protective pasties!
