Justin kept his hood up as he walked past fans to get into the venue.

Justin and Hailey have been spotted together on and off since 2016. The "Sorry" singer recently split from his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. Hailey claims she isn't dating Shawn, despite making a red-carpet debut with him.
While the two looked like they got back together, Hailey told Elle last month she and Justin are just close friends. "We just work much better as friends," she said, calling their relationship "a very mature situation."
