Justin Bieber shocked everyone when he proposed to his girlfriend Hailey Baldwin over the weekend, but no one was more surprised than Justin’s ex, Selena Gomez! An insider told RadarOnline.com that despite having broken up months ago, Justin was still texting and calling Selena as he romanced Hailey!
“At first, Selena didn’t believe the news,” the source told the site.
“She is not devastated by any means,” the source insisted. “She was the one to end it once and for all with him.”
Although Selena and Justin split in March, the insider claimed the “Sorry” singer was still texting and calling his ex, whom he dated on and off for eight years.

“Selena ignores his texts and calls. She really has nothing to say to him, but wishes him and Hailey all the best,” the pal dished.
Hailey and Justin have been friends for years — she even attended the premiere of his film Never Say Never in 2011 — and dated briefly in 2016. Then last month, fans spotted the two cozying up to one another in Florida and NYC. And on Saturday, Justin popped the question in the Bahamas.
