Kailyn Lowry’s baby boy is just one month old, but there’s already serious drama in his life! Yesterday, Baby Lo’s dad Chris Lopez took to Twitter to write, “I just want my son!” Previously, Kail, 25, revealed that she and Chris had yet to work out a custody agreement. And judging by Chris’ tweet, he isn’t seeing his son as much as he’d like! Click through to see what Kail had to say about her and Chris’ child custody drama.
“Chris sees his son almost everyday,” Kail told RadarOnline.com exclusively, adding that co-parenting has been “good” between her and Chris. “We’re still trying to figure out what works for us," she explained.
When Baby Lo was first born, Kail admitted that while she and Chris hadn’t worked out a plan yet, she was “hopeful” that Chris would be around.
“He has school and work,” Kail said of Chris at the time. “I’m able to be home right now so I’ll have the baby most of the time. I told him he could see the baby whenever he wants.”

Kail also shared that Chris had been “as supportive as he can.” “He does the best to his ability even though it doesn’t necessarily meet the standards of what everyone else expects of him,” she said. “I think people need to keep that in mind.”
Hours after his initial tweet, Chris backtracked and confirmed Kail’s side of the story, writing, “Seen my lil man almost everyday.”
